Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STRyde mobile application (the "App"), provided by SportsTrackLive ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough under the laws of your country to enter into a binding agreement and to consent to the processing of your personal data. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address, and to complete email verification.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its underlying systems.
- Upload or import content that you do not have the right to use.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the activities and files you record or import. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to any files you import into the App.
5. Safety notice
STRyde is a tool to record and analyse physical activity. Always exercise within your own limits and be aware of your surroundings. Do not operate the App in a way that distracts you from safe movement in traffic or difficult terrain. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise programme. The metrics provided by the App (including those from Bluetooth sensors) are for informational purposes only and are not a medical device.
6. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services, including map rendering, to provide its functionality. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the App working reliably, including offline. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and account-based features may occasionally be unavailable.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsTrackLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account by contacting us.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
