Delete Your Account & Data
You can request deletion of your STRyde account and its associated data at any time. Use the form below to send us your request — it opens your email app with a pre-filled message to our team. You can also email us directly at stryde@sportstracklive.com.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete:
- Your account and profile (email, username, name).
- Your authentication data (password hash, sign-in tokens).
- Any activity data associated with your account on our servers.
Activities stored only on your device are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall STRyde.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law, for security, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
How long it takes
We process account-deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your account and associated data have been deleted.
